Dutch minesweeper Hr.Ms. Naaldwijk (M809) 1953-2000 (still existing)

Lying in the first inner harbour at Vlissingen, Netherlands as part of the reserve. 

She was laid down at the Dutch shipyard De Noord NV, Alblasserdam with yard number 638 using a Western Union-class design, launched on 1 February 1955 and commissioned on 8 December, decommissioned in 1965, 1977 after a modernisation decommissioned, 1994 decommissioned and laid up, 2000 transferred to the sea scouts Prins Willem Zeeverkenners of Haarlem . Dimensions 46,60 x 8,75 x 2,41 metres. The armament consisted of 2-4cm machineguns. The total horsepower of 2.500 hp allowed a maximum speed of 16 miles and with a speed of 14 miles a range of 4.539 nautical miles.
