German submarines arriving at Oostende, Belgium according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 21 October 1917

An item reported that the harbour board of Oostende received tidings that on short notice two German submarines would arrive there. They were stationed at the naval base at Antwerp.
