German submarines not handed over to Yugoslavia according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 3 November 1918

An item dated Berlin 2 November reported that the German submarines lying in Austrian harbours were not handed over to the Yugoslavia as was done with the Austrian fleet.
