Germany sending submarines to Zeebrugge, Belgium according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 31 October 1914

An item referred to another Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad which reported that some German submarines were sent by rail towards Zeebrugge. There they would be assembled and used against the British fleet.
