Built at the Hudong Shipyard, Shanghai. Commissioned in 2006. With a tonnage of 5.470-5.500 (full load) tons and as dimensions 131,19 x 16,40 x 5,40 metres. The two diesel engines supplied 7.800 hp allowing a speed of maximum 22 knots. Her crew consists of 170 sailors, 30 trainers and 200 students. Her armament consists of 1-5,7cm gun, 4-3,7cm guns and 2-3cm guns. Alongside her is berthed the Dutch ocean going patrol vessel Hr.Ms. Friesland (P842) laid down at at Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding, Flushing, Netherlands in 2009. With a tonnage of 3.750 tons are her dimensions 108,40 x 15,24 x 4,55 metres. Her 2 diesels supplied 14.480 hp and her 5 generators Caterpillar 3.895 hp allowing a speed of 22 knots. Her crew numbers 50 men with accommodation for another 40 men, Her armament consists of 1-7,6cm gun, 1-3cm gun, 2-12,7mm machineguns and 6-7,62mm machineguns and further more she carries with her a NH90 helicopter and 2 Friscs. Still without her special radar mast.
