Dutch tug Dockyard XI built at Hoogezand, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 7 May 1918

An item dated Hoogezand the 6th reported the launching that same afternoon at the shipyard of Gebr. Wolthuis of the tug Dockyard XI for account of the Dutch firm E.J. Smit&Zoon at Hoogezand, Netherlands. Her dimensions were 21,6 x 4,99 x 2,30 (hold) metres. The machine factory of Smit&Zoon would fit her out with a 250 ihp engine and boiler there manufactured. When she was completed she was to be delivered to the Rotterdamsche Droogdok-Maatschappij at Rotterdam.
