Extradition of German navy officers wanted by Allies according to the Dutch newspaper Het Centrum dated 2 February 1920

An item dated Paris 1 February reported that on the list of 850 German men to be handed over to the Allies also some sea officers where mentioned accused of torpedo hospital ships and further more admiral Von Capelle responsible (1) for other ‘submarine murders.’

1. Admiral Eduard von Capelle (10 October 1855 Celle, Lower Saxony, Germany-23 February 1931 Wiesbaden, Germany), serving in the navy between 1872 and October 1918. In March 1916 he became State Secretary for the Navy.
