French tug Navis III built at Martenshoek, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 18 July 1919

An item dated Delfzijl 16 July reported the departure via Rotterdam towards Bordeaux that same day of the new tug Navis III captain Weltevreden. She was built at the shipyard of the Gebr. G.H. Bodewes at Martenshoek, Netherlands which also manufactured her 400 hp engines. She was France-flagged with as homeport Bordeaux.
