Russian destroyers attacked German auxiliary cruiser Hermann according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 16 June 1916

An item dated The Hague the 14th reported that four Russian destroyers attacked off Norrköping the German auxiliary cruiser Hermann. Her crew of which the most included her commanding officer was saved blew her up. Her los was confirmed by Berlin.
