Russian tug Cararewitsch built at Martenshoek, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 10 May 1913

An item reported that a day earlier the newly built tug Casarewitsch performed her trial off Delfzijl. She was built by the shipyard of the Gebr. Bodewes, Martenshoek, Netherlands and destined for St. Petersburg. Fitted out with a triple compound 270 ihp engine built by the Machinefabriek Fulton at Hoogezand, Netherlands.
