An item referred to the daily magazine World Telegram reporting that 38 Danish ships with a capacity of more 250.000 tons berthed without any employment in American harbours probably were to be used for transporting cargoes to England if the American cabinet gave permission. Twenty other ships lying in South American ships were probably also to be released.
