German parliament approved building two torpedo boat divisions according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 7 March 1906

An item reported that the budget commission of the German Reichstag approved the budget of 8 million mark needed to start the building of two torpedo boat divisions. The social democrats voted against approval.
