Italian government seizing cargo ships fot use as transports according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 10 February 1916

An item reported that the Italian government seized 27 ships of the Pearce-Cottonera and de Creole Lines to be used as transports. These ships were used as cargo vessels between the Italian harbours and Galveston and New Orleans, USA.
