British motor tug Heath Cock 1958-1970, renamed Collingwood 1970-1980, renamed Collingwood II 1980-1981 and Greek tug Vernicos Barbara/Vernicos Barbara IV 1981-1981
Launched on 23 December 1957 at the shipyard of Cammell, Laird&Company, Birkenhead with yard number 1295 for account of the North West Tugs Limited and completed in February 1958 Sold in 1966 to Alexandra Towing Company Limited (since 17 January 1967 Liverpool Screw Towing Company Limited), renamed on 17 September 1970 Collingwood, handed over to the Alexandra Towing Company Limited and renamed in 1980 Collingwood II. She was a year later sold to the Greek Nicolas E. Vernicos Shipping Company, Piraeus which renamed her either Vernicos Barbara or Vernicos Barbara IV. In October 1981 she was wrecked on the Welsh coast while underway to her new owner in tow of the Vernicos Giorgis. O.N. as Heather Cock 187179, with a tonnage of 193 gross tons and as dimensions 102’2”x 27’11”x 12’4”. her 6-cylinder Ruston 6VLBXM engine supplied 1.088 bhp allowing a speed of 11 knots.
