British steam tanker Delmira abandoned by crew according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant 19 February 1921
An item dated Key West the 17th
reported that the British steam tanker Delmira was abandoned by her crew when a
fire broke out on board. They were saved by the American steamship J.E. O’Neil. The Delmira of 3.459 gross ton property of the
Kyle Transport Company of Liverpool left the 12th Palo Blanco
destined for New York.
