British steam tug Voracious 1929->1971

Built in 1929 by the shipyard of Crabttee&Company Limited, Great Yarmouth with yard number 186 for .account of the General Steam Navigation Company Limited (GSNC) of London, England. Since 10 July sued by the Royal Navy which gave her back to her owner in 1946. In the fifties became she property of the Vokins&Company Limited, active on the river Thames with a black painted with a white line and red-boot topping while her funnel was black painted with a red letter ‘V’ on a white band.
