An item reported the departure from Rotterdam, Netherlands in the evening of the 18th by the tugs Gelderland and Zeeland of Bureau Wijsmuller to Palermo, Italy. They were to pick up the British tanker Capena lying there with engine problems and to tow her to London, England.
