Japanese seized British coaler Oakley according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 21 January 1905

An item dated Tokyo the 20^th reported that the Japanese seized the British steamship Oakley loaded with coal destined for Vladivostok.(1)
