New British steam tanker Justina would to be further completed at Rotterdam according to the Dutch newspaper Voorwaarts dated 16 September 1924

An item dated IJmuiden the 15th that the British steam tanker Justina built at the shipyard of the Nederlandsche Scheepsbouw Maatschappij arrived and was berthed in the Buitenhaven waiting for the tug Dutch tug Limburg to tow her with favourable weather towards Rotterdam. There was she to be fitted out with engines and boilers at the shipyard of the Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij.
