Sea tidings from Batavia, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviasche koloniale courant dated 17 August 1810

An item dated Batavia 15 August reported the departure on the 10th of a private owned brig to the East and the arrival coming from the East of a paduakang.
In the night of the 11th departed to the East the government brigs Koppenhagen and Opregte.
According to tidings departed the British frigate Drake and a schooner from the coast of Bantam to the East to sail via Java to Poelo pinang. The ship of the line Belliqueux departed towards the Chinese sea just like the Lijnx already did.
