Sea tidings from Batavia, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviasche koloniale courant dated 7 September 1810

On 30 August arrived a paduakang coming from the East.
The 31st departed a Chinese wankang to the North
The 1st arrived a paduakang and a number of smaller vessels all loaded with rice.
The 2nd departed a Moorish brig and other vessels.
The 3rd departed a private owned brig to the East and arrived some vessels loaded with rice from Tagal.
In the night of the 4th departed a private owned brig and sloop to the East but returning in the evening due to the arrival of a British vessel which anchored off the Crauwang and which was alter joined by a brig and a schooner.
The 5th departed a Chinese wankang to the North and arrived a similar vessel coming from the West.
The 6th departed two Chinese wankangs to the North while the three British vessels were still anchored off the corner of Crauwang. At New York arrived the Nimrod master Stephens coming from Batavia.
