Paris, 20 August. From Cadiz came the tiding that the Spanish ship Soberano (1) , which was recently with large costs repaired and fitted , destined towards Havanna, wasn’t able to depart towards sea. When she arrived at the roads it was investigated that each hour 11” water was flooding in. While being docked at Carraca for a long period she was disposed to the sun and is was seriously doubt if it was possible she would serve ever again.
