New docks at Portsmouth according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 22 July 1910

The Civil Lord of the British Admiralty Lambert said in the Common House that the docks were reason for concerns by the admiralty(1). When the new dock facilities at Portsmouth were completed in 1914 became it possible to dock dreadnoughts despite which tidal it was.
