Swedish sailors according to the Dutch newspaper ‘s Hertogenbossche Courant dated 27January 1778

According to an item dated Stockholm 19 December 1777 decided the crown to relieve the sailors of the contribution and tributes which they had to pay as a result of a decision of the parliament of 1765. With this decision was apparently hoped to improve the Swedish navy.
