London, 20 September. The newspaper o Darlo Mercantil of Rio Janeiro published an item dated 6 July dealing with the arrival of the British brigantine Ann in 17 days coming from Montevideo. Her master reported that the transports with troops arrived in that port 13 June except for a Swedish ship which came 5 days later. The troops were landed not earlier as 15 June due to worse weather.
