The Chinese naval program according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 13 September 1911

According to a tiding dated Peking 12 September made the Chinese Naval Department a 7 years naval program. When finished would China possesses 8 battleships, 20 cruisers, 10 other ships, 50 torpedo boats and 4 naval arsenals.
