Communication between Odessa and Constantinople, Turkey restored according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 10 September 1823

Constantinople, 11 August. The communication with Odessa was restored. The five Russian ships which were seized and brought to the arsenal were released and 15 Turkish ships were sent to Taganrok to buy grain.
