Finnish naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant evening edition dated 30 April 1924

According to tidings from Berlin intended Finland to establish an own navy and military academy. For this purposes were bills handed over to the Council of State. At that moment possessed Finland just some gunboats.
