Dutch tug built by Goedkoop, Amsterdam for the Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 7 May 1902

An item reported that a day earlier at the shipyard ‘t Kromhout of D. Goedkoop jr. at Amsterdam, Netherlands with success a steel-built twin screw tug was launched, destined for the Dutch East Indies.
