Flat-bottomed vessels built at Rotterdam, Netherlands for the French expedition according to the Dutch newspaper Groninger courant dated 6 December 1803

An item dated Rotterdam the 1st reported that the next day the Commissar Director of the Batavian navy would put out to tender the transport of 49 there built and fitted out flat-bottomed vessels towards Vlissingen.
