Lisbon. 29 July. The brigantine Constantin departed 13 June towards Madera, St. Miguel, Terceira and Fayal with the tiding that the monarchy restored and came back with the news that at these islands the tiding was hailed by the inhabitants. The count Rio Mayor and someone else went on board of the corvette Voader towards Brazil for negotiations.
