Stockholm, 21 September. At the end of the month shall a new merchant ship be send to Carthagena, Colombia with on board several officers of the Royal navy to explore that country. The expedition is leaded by Mr. Hauswolf former secretary of the government which lived for some years in Colombia and returned from there year a ago.
