Austrian new submarines according to the Dutch newspaper Het volk dated 26 February 1915

An item dated London the 25^th referred to tidings received from Pola reporting that the parts for 3 new submarines arrived and immediately was started with the assembling. They were to be used in the Adriatic Sea and in the Mediterranean for torpedoing each transport of whatever nationality.
