Italy founding a revolutionary squadron according to the Dutch newspaper Utrechts provinciaal en stedelijk dagblad dated 3 July 1863

An item dated Turin 29 June reported that the minister of navy ordered the founding of a revolutionary squadron to gather in Genoa. It was to consist of 7 steam frigates, 9 corvettes and an aviso and to taken provisions on board for a period of 6 months.
