American clipper Dreadnouht destined towards New Bedford according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 3 January 1865
An item reported that the clipper ship Dreadnaught loaded on 4 November 1864 at Honolulu oil destined for New Bedford. Her cargo holds were now more as 50% full. She was described as a fine 3-decker being one of the fastest ships afloat.
