American whaler Hunter lying off New Zealand in November 1872 according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 7 January 1873

An item referred to a letter written by captain Holt on 13 November 1872 on board of the bark Hunter of New Bedford in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand reporting a catch during their last voyage of 200 barrels sperm and 1.100 barrels humpback oil. Everything was well on board.
