American whaler Charles W. Morgan lying in December 1864 at Honolulu according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 17 January 1865

An item referred to a letter written by captain Landers on board of the Charles W. Morgan of New Bedford. On 23 November 1864 was she lying at Honolulu coming back from the Ochotsk Sea with a catch of 313 barrels whale oil and 4.000 lbs bone that season. The cargo was transferred to the Iblani destined for New Bedford. The Charles W. Morgan intended to depart towards the Line and Ochotsk in the coming season.
