An item referred to a letter written on 15 November 1872
at Mauritius by Messrs. Hudlette&Co. reporting that captain Chuse chartered
their the British iron-built 3 mast schooner Dolphin to transport the oil catch
of the Oscola from Mahe towards Cape Town. The Oscola was earlier condemned at
Mahe.
