An item reported that the American frigate ship Jefferson with a draught of nearly 17’ coming from Petersburg, Virginia, USA arrived in the morning of the 20th at Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands passing the canal of Voorne by a medium tide and arriving in the evening off Rotterdam.
