item dated Vlissingen Netherlands the 4th reported that the Dutch frigate ship
Louise, Prinses der Nederlanden [elsewhere called Louisa] captain P. Sipkes
departed that day with troops towards Batavia, Dutch East Indies. In the
Dokhaven was part of her rigging and sails repaired.
