Gun tests on board of Dutch gunboat Zr.Ms. According to the Dutch newspaper Weekblad van Den Helder en het Nieuwediep dated 20 April 1846

An item dated Den Helder, Netherlands the 18th reported that a commission of navy officers on board of the Dutch gunboat Zr.Ms. No. 31 lieutenant Machielsen was during 14 days experimenting with the elevation of 60 pd grenade guns while shooting on a target.
