American whaler Florida lying at Honolulu, Hawaii according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 2 December 1862

A letter written by captain Fish on board of the ship Florida of New Bedford, USA  lying at Honolulu, Hawaii on 15th October reported his arrival there on 21 September returning form the Arctic Ocean. Sine she left the Island consisted her catch of 1.00 barrels of whale oil and 45 barrels of sperm oil. For transport homeward she had unloaded 200 barrels oil and 14.847 lbs bone. She would departed the same day via New Zealand for a cruise and then homewards.
