Dutch transport Zr.Ms. Heldin intended to depart Den Helder, Netherlands on short notice according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersch en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 6 November 1862


An item dated Den Helder, Netherlands the 5th reported that the Dutch transport Zr.Ms. Heldin (1) intended to depart within some days with the first favorable wind and continue her voyage. Contrary winds were the only reason for her returning while her damaged rigging could have been easily repaired during the voyage.
