An item dated Delfzijl, Netherlands the 26th reported that since Sunday a Prussian gunboat was lying before the harbour and which departed that morning. The Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated Monday 31 August reported that this was the Comet and after her crew and officers visited some times the fortress departed she again to Emden.
