British brig sloop HMS Grasshopper arrived at Curacao coming from Jamaica according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated 1 August 1829

An item reported the arrival at Willemstad, Curacao on Thursday of the British corvette HMS Grasshopper captain C. Deare coming from Jamaica.(1)
