Russian steamship Ilmen in danger according to the Dutch newspaper De Gooi- en Eemlander dated 20 January 1937

An item dated Oslo, Norway of the same day reported that the Russian steamship Ilmen telegraphed that she was helpless since 09.00 o’clock due to the loss of her rudder and requested for help being predicament.
