Russian navy denied visits to French harbours according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 6 March 1893

An item referred to the official magazine Kronstadsky Wjestnik of the Russian department of navy which stated that the suggestion done by French newspaper that a Russian squadron would visit a French harbour were nonsense.
