French goelette Eméraude visited Surinam according to the Dutch newspaper Surinaamsche courant en Governements advertentieblad dated 12 May 1874

An item reported the arrival at Paramaribo, Surinam on the 11^th of the French schooner of war Emerau coming from Cayenne, French Guyana.(1)
