Shipping suffered from striking crews of tugs in British harbour Liverpool according to the Dutch newspaper Schiedamsche Courant dated 5 February 1891

An item reported that because of a strike by the crews of the tugs at Liverpool, England were striking with as result that 80 large steamships could not continue their voyage.
