Dutch tug trawler Hilligje (IJM 375) departed IJmuiden, Netherlands towards North Sea for fishing according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 27 June 1917

An item dated Ijmuiden, Netherlands 25^th reported that when the Dutch tug trawler Hilligje (IJM 375) departed the harbour her screw was disabled by a cable. After a diver removed the cable could she depart to open sea [North Sea] for fishing.
